A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within two working days. Writing from the app (Settings, then Help) adds your app version and phone system for us.
In Duckin: Settings, then Manage plan.
On iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Duckin, then Cancel Subscription.
On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Duckin, then Cancel subscription.
You keep Advanced until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple and Google take every payment, so refunds go through them and we cannot issue one ourselves. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law. If a store turns you down and you think the app failed you, email us.
Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with, then in Duckin go to Settings, then Restore purchases. Coaches bought on their own and active subscriptions both come back.
In Duckin: Settings, then Delete account. Your data is held for 30 days, so signing back in during that time restores it, then it is erased for good. If a plan is still set to renew, the app asks you to cancel it first, because deleting an account does not stop Apple or Google billing you.

Turn the media volume up, and check whether your phone is sending sound to Bluetooth headphones or a speaker. The screen stays on during a session; if you lock the phone, the coach stops until you come back. If the coach is still silent, email us from Settings, then Help, which adds your app version for us.
Stop and get medical help. Duckin is a training tool, not medical advice, and no coach in the app is a real person supervising you. Section 3 of the terms covers training safely.
